No Cancellations Once Order Is Placed

Due to the fully customised nature of our products (personalised names, shirt sizes, colours, charms, and handcrafted assembly), we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Each order is processed immediately with personalised customisation requests, and production begins right away — making cancellation not feasible.
